Jalapeno Cream Cheese

Jalapeno cream cheese is great on a toasted bagel and really, really, really good as a spread on a roast beef sandwich. Did I say it’s really good? My mouth is watering as I write this!

Jalapeno Cream Cheese

8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 peppers, seeded & minced
2 1/2 t. Ground black pepper
1/4 t. Salt

Mix Jalapeños & cream cheese. Season with salt & pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
